We’re excited to support you this term! Student Success offers Subject and writing tutoring, career counseling, and student success workshops.
First Time Registration
You will need to register for an account. (using your RU SHP email address) if you don't already have one. Then, log in to schedule your appointment on the Spring 2026 Tutoring Schedule.
- Click on the blue Log In button.
- Complete the WCOnline Registration screen.
- Set your communication preferences (the toggle button must be blue to select the item)
- Enable emails for appointment confirmations, changes and cancellations
- Enable platform announcements and messaging
- Enable emails for appointment reminders (24 hours prior to your appointment)
- Enable ical option to add the appointment to your Outlook calendar
- Enter your phone number for appointment reminder text messaging (optional)
Returning
If you have already created your account:
- Login/Register: Use your Rutgers email (netid@shp.rutgers.edu) and password to register or log in.
- Select Resource: Choose the service needed, like Subject tutoring, Writing Tutoring, or Career coaching from the dropdown menu.
Please be sure to cancel any appointments you cannot attend, so another student can reserve the time, and so your tutor or coach is not waiting for you.
